Vik brings over 25 years of experience leading technology and security initiatives. He advises organizations on senior policy and governance in the federal technology sector. He has brought his expertise to a variety of high-profile projects, including a U.S. presidential inaugurations and high-profile federal criminal trials. In his current role outside of Cobalt Technologies, Vik serves as the Chairman and Project Lead for the United States Air Force’s Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Information Systems programs.

 

Vik’s background also includes leading and advising senior executives within complex technology organizations in the private sector. In this role, he helps ensure that companies’ operational efforts are aligned with their strategic visions.

 

His expertise in information systems and innovative approach to technology have earned him positions in top-tier federal government agencies and Fortune 50 companies.

 

Vik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity with an emphasis on advanced network security and a Master of Science degree in Cyber Operations, both from the University of Maryland. Additionally, he has earned over 20 certifications in the business and technology sectors, underscoring his commitment to professional development and expertise in his field.
